Still not a fan of the book’s length or the dramatic font changes, but it is what it is. I’m  from the Midwest, we need hearty meals — tapas just won’t get the job done. That being said, the book was cute. Yeah, cute. I miss the edginess of the original, how BB was so commanding, that danger element. Not that I don’t appreciate Chloe being able to hold her own, I just wasn’t expecting my beloved BB to be such a girl throughout, so emotional and constantly talking/thinking about his feelings. Maybe some guys are like that…my husband is like that…but I don’t read fiction to relive my own life.

We’ll see what the next on offers, hopefully more of Max and Sarah.
