Algorithms are not infallible

If you love grammar tools as much as I do, be sure to NOT take their word as gospel, and get another opinion (use a second or third tool, plus a couple of humans). I’ve run my latest chapter through ProWritingAid, and the dialogue tag report had me laughing — most of the words they’ve attributed as tags were not even used with dialogue in my document. It’s still a great tool to help identify patterns and habits that may need breaking, it’s just not perfect, but what is? Give it a try.
